The Customer Success Manager role is crucial to our success, as you will ensure our clients achieve value from our platform. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end customer relationship post-sale, overseeing onboarding, coordinating customer alignment with our executive team, conducting business reviews, product expansions, and negotiating customer renewals.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in a technical SaaS product environment. Strong industry and/or technical domain knowledge of SaaS, CRM, CX/Support Software, or APIs is required. You must be able to own your own book of business, negotiate customer renewals, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of $115,000, stock options, 100% healthcare coverage, 401K, WiFi and Mobile reimbursement, and a generous vacation policy.
