Job Summary

The Vice President of Operations will oversee the daily operations and drive sustained revenue growth. This individual will demonstrate leadership and excellence in customer service and client satisfaction, effectively utilizing resources to achieve established goals and objectives. The successful candidate will analyze and interpret data and metrics to ensure advancement of the strategic plan, holding Directors accountable and working to develop them for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Directors of Operations and other assigned leaders and staff, ensuring they adhere to established practices and standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership and staff skills, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performing organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a competitive and dynamic work environment.
• Develop key performance indicators, manage team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Participate in all aspects of management, including interviewing, selection, corrective actions, and performance evaluations.
• Provide leadership development opportunities for subordinate leaders, addressing individual and team performance deficiencies, and implementing programs to improve operations, staff retention, and employee engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and proprietary business information, adhering to company policies and practices regarding HIPAA, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to set and maintain priorities in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple demands and interruptions with ease.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Operations and Management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to change.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
