Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Quality Consulting Group in Puerto Rico & USA. This role involves working with a world-class manufacturing industry, contributing to the development of processes and procedures that ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Weighing out buffers/media according to defined procedures (MPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Performing and monitoring critical processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Conducting quality control checks, performing in-process sampling of equipment and operating analytical equipment.
  • Maintaining an organized workspace, adhering to lean principles and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Drafting and revising documentation (SOPs, MPs), identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assisting in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records).
  • Working collaboratively with the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, preferably in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and ability to work in a clean room setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as dictated by production schedules.
Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
