Job Title: HVAC Installation Specialist

Job Summary:

Smith Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, modify, and repair heating and cooling systems to meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Startup installed equipment and adjust to manufacturer and job specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair issues that arise during installation.
  • Communicate with consumers regarding proper operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
  • Perform required documentation for each installation, including startup records and client paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong working knowledge of HVAC products and services.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with smartphones, email, and outlook.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and budgetary limits.
