We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in the full digital transformation of our HR systems to cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will support the lifecycle of SuccessFactors, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the manager in analyzing the needs of IGT stakeholders for the area of responsibility
  • Implementing and configuring compensation processes and data-related configurations
  • Applying role-based permission knowledge to both Compensation and Employee Central modules
  • Troubleshooting and solutioning capabilities

Requirements include:

  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms, proven hands-on experience on SAP SuccessFactors system
  • SUCCESSFACTORS Associate certifications on the Compensation module will be considered a plus
  • Recruiting Onboarding knowledge is a plus
  • 5 years' experience in the role
  • Multinational experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred

The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400, which includes base pay and potential bonuses.
