Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert legal counsel on estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate, and strategies for wealth preservation.

  • Work collaboratively with financial professionals to develop cohesive wealth management and tax strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.
  • LLM in Tax Law is preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state with good standing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and families.
  • In-depth understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
  • Strong legal drafting abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
