Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and wealth preservation strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement estate plans, including drafting and executing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to create integrated wealth management and tax planning strategies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of complex estate planning issues.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax and estate planning laws and regulations.
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive client matters.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Advanced degree in Tax Law (LLM in Tax) is highly desirable.
- Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and asset protection.
- Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
