Job Summary

SC&A Inc is seeking a highly skilled Continuity Planning and Exercise Specialist to support Federal mission and program activities related to Federal homeland security, emergency management, and resiliency programs. The ideal candidate will provide analytical, training, exercise, and related capabilities associated with Federal Continuity Programs in the areas of policy/doctrine, capability-based assessments, and planning and procedure development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with program management and technical support to various Federal clients
  • Coordinate with intra and inter agency stakeholders to establish and maintain continuity programs
  • Provide collaborative Federal-level technical assistance in the development and/or refinement of plans, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training and exercises
  • Data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Meeting and event support

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in emergency management or a related field
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in homeland security, continuity of operations, and exercise planning
  • Expertise with general office skills and software
  • Ability to handle information confidentially
