Job Title: Shift IT Associate

Alamance Foods is seeking a dedicated Shift IT Associate to provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users of hardware and software.
  • Install or fix hardware and software as needed.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Maintain networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
  • Adapt to changing environments and learn new technologies.
  • Follow directions and be open to continuous learning.
  • Lift and move equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required.
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
