Lead Infant Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our infant program as a Lead Infant Educator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our founding team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a high-quality infant program that aligns with Montessori principles and Guidepost Montessori's mission
- Lead a team of educators in creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment for infants
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Provide guidance and support to educators in their professional development and growth
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that ensure the highest quality of care and education for infants
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience working with infants in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, or childcare center
- Knowledge of Montessori principles and methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
