  • Attend high-risk deliveries and provide post-delivery care as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
  • Experience in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nursing, preferably with a focus on high-risk infants.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
