About the RoleJob Title: Senior Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Core Program Deliverables
- Program Charter
- Program Plan
- Status Reporting
- RID Logs
- Facilitate Information Consolidation
- Collaborate with Workstream Leaders
- Establish and Manage Stakeholder Relationships
- Monitor and Control Program Scope, Schedule, and Costs
- Identify, Assess, and Manage Program Risks and Issues
- Ensure Effective Communication and Reporting
Must Have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, preferably within the retail sector.
- Deep understanding of retail customer experience strategies and technologies.
- Strong experience in managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with diverse technology teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise executive-level updates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and manage effective relationships across the organization.
Location: Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,000 annually.
