Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Beaverton Rehab & Specialty Care LLC.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with their wishes.
  • Review and update care plans daily to reflect any changes in resident care routines.
  • Communicate effectively with the Nurse Supervisor and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for activities and social programs, and transportation to appointments.
  • Maintain a calm and cheerful environment, promoting a sense of warmth and patience.
  • Ensure resident rooms are ready for receiving and make residents comfortable.
  • Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant class and certification in progress.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and effectively communicate with the healthcare team.
