About Hearthstone Senior Living
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hearthstone Senior Living. As a Community Nurse, RN, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care to our memory care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and coordinate care with outside providers
- Participate in care conferences and develop resident service plans
- Document resident data and maintain accurate records
- Supervise the medication/chart room and ensure proper medication distribution
- Perform direct nursing care as needed
Requirements:
- Current Oregon RN license
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
