A Day in the Life of an Automotive Estimator - Service Writer

In this role, you are a key player in our customer service team. On a daily basis, you greet customers, assess their vehicle's damage, and provide accurate estimates for the repair work needed. You work closely with our technicians and support staff to ensure that the repair process runs smoothly from start to finish.

You interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing world-class customer service as you do so. Additionally, you help ensure we have all the parts we need to complete each job. You take pride in the way that your hard work contributes to our success.

Qualifications for an Automotive Estimator - Service Writer
  • 5+ years of estimating or service writing experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer service skills

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of how automobiles work and be knowledgeable about various types of repairs. You should also be comfortable working with customers, communicating with insurance companies, and managing relationships with vendors.

Work Schedule for an Automotive Estimator - Service Writer

In this estimator position, you work full-time hours from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
