Position Summary: Client Relations Specialist - Contingent (Per Diem)

As a Client Relations Specialist at MedVet, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience throughout their journey with us. This role necessitates a solid grasp of hospital operations, veterinary terminology, medical documentation, and financial processes. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining precise data entry is crucial. The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional yet caring attitude in all interactions with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients warmly upon their arrival
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Escort clients and their pets to examination rooms
  • Oversee medical records and financial transactions
  • Clarify payment options and process transactions
  • Ensure a tidy and organized reception area
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to stay composed in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and phone etiquette
