Job Overview

Position: Office Administrator

CQ Partners is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. This position requires a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a strong background in management and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate various projects related to patient management, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage appointment scheduling to optimize workflow.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on essential business metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for practice growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support team members in executing their roles effectively.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve organizational objectives, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Address employee performance and relations issues, implementing a structured review process.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Experience in medical billing and accounts receivable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and present executive summaries.
  • Strong background in analytical accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree; experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
