About the Role

We are hiring a Commercial Claims Support Specialist to work with our team at Jobot. As a Commercial Claims Support Specialist, you will play a key role in processing renewal certificates of insurance and assisting with policy renewals.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Entering data into the agency management system.
  • Pulling policies from websites and attaching them to the agency management system, ensuring policy accuracy by comparing it to proposals and agency policies electronically or setting up policies in 3-ring binders based on client preferences.
  • Processing and documenting correspondence (phone, email, mail, fax, etc.).
  • Obtaining Motor Vehicle Records, Loss Run reports, and certificate templates in EPIC to assist with policy renewals.
  • Supporting Voluntary Audits and Final Audits under the guidance of Account Manager.
  • Managing agency bill items according to Account Manager instructions.
  • Maintaining compliance with agency standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Skills

To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Word and Excel. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
