Job Summary

Aqua Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our seniors in a Assisted Living/Memory Care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
  • Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation as needed.
  • Engage with residents, offering companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior.
  • Document care provided and ensure that residents' needs are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Compassion and empathy to provide care and emotional support to seniors.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document care provided and update resident information.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel to effectively prioritize tasks and ensure that residents' needs are met.
  • Time management and organizational skills to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
