Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner closely with the General Manager to achieve center-level goals, drive sales growth, and develop strong teams. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of hourly supervisors and team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and adhering to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Salaried Management Team
    • Manage a team of 2-3 salaried managers and 2-3 hourly supervisors focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, growing sales, and adhering to our standards.
  • Oversee Hourly Team Members
    • Supervise a team of hourly team members focused on guest service and teamwork.
  • Contribute to Revenue Growth
    • Contribute to delivering budgeted revenues and profits, preparing weekly reports, approving invoices, and other administrative tasks.
  • Implement Business Processes
    • Implement processes and standards that contribute to prudent purchases, inventory control, and cost management.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 21 years of age or older.
    • 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience at AGM level or above.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in P&L evaluation, understanding cost of goods sold, budgeting, and HR competencies.
    • Proven track record with professional hospitality organizations.
    • Ability to create an amazing employee and guest experience.
    • True leadership capabilities.
What We Offer

Main Event Entertainment offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 to $98,000. We are an equal opportunity employer and participate in E-Verify in states where required.
