Cottage Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our pediatric outpatient team, you will provide mental health services to youth (birth through 21 years) employing evidenced-based therapeutic treatment interventions and psychoeducation to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Perform intake assessments and provide individual, family, and group-based therapy
- Support care coordination under the direction of a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement treatment plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree, Ph.D., or PsyD in a mental health, social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field
- An active and in good standing license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with a Ph.D. or PsyD
- California Children Services (CCS) paneling within six months of hire
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, with 3-4 years preferred
