The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients at Lightfully Behavioral Health. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering basic nursing care, supporting client safety, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide basic nursing care to clients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Support client safety by maintaining a safe environment and responding to emergencies.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Transport clients to outside appointments and provide one-on-one assistance as needed.
- Coordinate medical care, including scheduling appointments and communicating with healthcare providers.
- Work closely with the site-level psychiatrist to assist with medication management and client care.
- Perform and record basic biometrics, such as blood pressure.
- Uphold client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of California.
- Mental health experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
