Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the execution of client transactions and services, fostering strong financial relationships through proactive engagement and effective marketing strategies.
  2. Manage workflows to optimize the use of the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of client data and compliance with industry regulations.
  3. Conduct research and present tailored proposals to clients, preparing necessary documentation for meetings.
  4. Facilitate the opening and closing of client accounts, maintaining communication with financial services staff regarding account statuses.
  5. Address research inquiries and resolve issues related to service requests and account management.
  6. Maintain a personal portfolio of clients, adhering to retention strategies and organizational standards.
  7. Support Registered Representatives with various projects, including revenue-generating initiatives and CRM management.
  8. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Manage office operations, developing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and support team members.

Additional Duties:

  • Collaborate with team members on project planning and implementation.
  • Participate in training and quality service programs to enhance professional development.
  • Engage in community activities as part of the organization's commitment to service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered.

Licenses:

Must maintain Series 6 or 7 and Series 66 licenses, with a preference for a Paraplanner designation.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in a related role is required.

Skills and Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of BankWest products and the brokerage industry is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication abilities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and proficiency in various software applications are also necessary.
