Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Technician to join our team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient support, including vital signs, venipunctures, and EKGs.
  • Assist with clinical procedures and room maintenance.
  • Transport patients, run errands, and communicate with healthcare teams.
  • Follow guidelines for attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
Requirements
  • One of the following credentials is required at time of hire: Washington State Nursing Assistant-Certified, Washington State Nursing Assistant-Registered, Washington State Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
  • Successful completion of EHMC ED-specific training component within probationary period.
