Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs of facilities and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective support
  • Respond to emergency situations and internal customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vendor interactions
  • Collaborate with the facilities manager to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Trade school certification
  • Experience with computer-aided maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
