In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic and physical rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process, working closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs and goals. Your clinical expertise will enable you to assess patient progress, provide treatment, and make recommendations for further care.

Your ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams will be essential in ensuring seamless coordination of care.

To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, a current license to practice in the state, CPR certification, and previous home care experience is preferred.
