Key Responsibilities- Provide daily team-based rounding on assigned units and ensure optimal clinical care through assessment of patient-specific factors and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Assess patient-specific factors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal clinical care in the acute and residential/partial psychiatric setting.
- Work under constant time deadlines and occasionally exposed to possible carcinogenic, mutagenic, and sensitizing substances, as well as other hazardous chemicals typically found in a contemporary pharmacy setting.
- Education: BS and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Residency experience required. PGY2 residency in Psychiatry preferred.
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Psychiatry preferred.
- Unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts within 90 days of hire.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience required.
