Role Summary:
In this role, the

Referral Management Specialist


is responsible for overseeing the coordination of referral requests and the communication of appointment schedules. This position requires strong clerical and customer service abilities, including the organization of requests from various sources, securing preauthorizations, and providing updates on appointment statuses.

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Additional educational qualifications are advantageous.
Proficiency in computer applications is preferred.
