- Establish and maintain comprehensive database records for new clients and their respective cases.
- Regularly update the case management system with pertinent case details.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for labor certifications and various visa applications.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is required. Experience with immigration-specific database management systems, such as LawLogix, is advantageous, along with familiarity with immigration research platforms like AILA Infonet, LEXIS/NEXIS, and Westlaw.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and prior experience in employment-based immigration law or a related discipline is preferred.
Position Details: This is a full-time role with a standard 37.5-hour workweek, with the possibility of additional hours as necessary to meet job responsibilities.
