We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to lead our Michigan Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multifamily communities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management, and maintenance of properties within the region
  • Oversee and execute the annual budgeting process, ensuring financials align with company expectations and market conditions
  • Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers, supporting their development and fostering a customer-centric culture
  • Analyze community performance metrics, develop action plans, and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to generate leads and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management, with prior experience in a regional leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
