Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians, providing supervision and training, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services
  • Provide supervision and training to clinicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective ABA services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers and parents, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring, ensuring clients are making progress towards their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
