Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support the development of communication, self-help, social, and play skills in children with special needs.
  • Work one-on-one with clients to tailor techniques and strategies to meet their individual needs and ensure skill acquisition.
  • Track and share client progress by collecting behavior data and recording clinical notes.
  • Participate in ongoing development and training to strengthen your skills and contribute to the growth of our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with maladaptive behaviors in children and/or adults.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Proof of COVID-19, MMR, and TDap vaccination.
  • TB Test and Live Scan background check.
  • ABA experience highly preferred.
