About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk in Greenville, TX. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom and data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and file claims with precision and accuracy
  • Prepare bank deposits and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Operate mail machines and scanners with ease
  • Print attachments and documents with attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the banking or data entry industry
