We are currently seeking a Senior Media Planner to contribute to our vision of establishing a premier studio that redefines immersive consumer experiences.

Position Summary:

The Senior Media Planner will be instrumental in developing, executing, and refining social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to create and implement effective strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive paid social media advertising strategies that align with overarching marketing goals.
  • Oversee and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Twitch, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Conduct extensive market research to pinpoint target demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure achievement of KPIs and ROI objectives.
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and performance.
  • Provide regular updates on budget status and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between advertising creatives and brand messaging.
  • Communicate strategies and provide regular updates on paid media performance to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Paid Social Media Advertising.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • A thorough understanding of PPC campaign mechanics, including campaign structure and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with bid management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Proven success in planning and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in collaborating with social media influencers.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in emerging media, technology, and the metaverse.
  • Experience in the retail sector or with retail clients.

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $35 - $50 per hour, part-time.
  • Initial contract duration: 6 months.
