Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of electromechanical systems from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

- Design and develop electromechanical systems, including hardware and software components, to ensure they are safe, reliable, and efficient.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Conduct testing and validation of electromechanical systems to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on electromechanical systems.
- Proven experience with systems engineering tools, including requirements management, change control, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of software and system architectures, and design principles.
- Experience with medical device development, including knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and ISO 14971 standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 per year.
