Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of electromechanical systems from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and develop electromechanical systems, including hardware and software components, to ensure they are safe, reliable, and efficient.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Conduct testing and validation of electromechanical systems to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on electromechanical systems.
  • Proven experience with systems engineering tools, including requirements management, change control, and configuration management.
  • Knowledge of software and system architectures, and design principles.
  • Experience with medical device development, including knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and ISO 14971 standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
