Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Performance Engineer to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the LTE network by collecting and analyzing hourly and daily service measurement data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze service measurement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the team in feature-related projects, new node integration, and centralized tasks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and performance problems independently or in collaboration with other teams.
  • Support Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage.
  • Report issues to appropriate engineers and resolve customer service issues.
Requirements
  • Diagnostic messaging collection using tools like QXDM and log masks.
  • Post-processing and analysis of drive test data using tools like Actix Analyzer and/or TEMS.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in geographic information systems like MapInfo, Google Earth, or ArcGIS.
  • Experience using packet capture software like Wireshark or Netscout.
  • Experience finding interference sources using spectrum analyzers and directional antennas.
  • Experience integrating and optimizing Ericsson LTE eNB/gNB.
