Job Expectations:
- Complete all necessary brand and Dynamic Group training.
- Adhere to brand standards to guarantee exceptional service delivery.

- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service.
- Conduct property tours to showcase our amenities and services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts effectively.
- Utilize CRM systems for accurate data entry and relationship management.
- Collaborate with operational teams to meet client needs seamlessly.
- Partner with the Regional Director of Sales to achieve shared objectives.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in diverse environments and using necessary equipment.
- Able to manage physical demands and occasional stress associated with the role.
