Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, developing individualized plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing (LPN/LVN) or related field.
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in New Mexico.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
