Career Opportunity: Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Making resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
  • Verifying the identification of a resident before administering nursing care or serving food to ensure that appropriate care is being provided to the correct resident.
  • Reporting missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
  • Performing other related duties as necessary or as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a certified nursing assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.
  • Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or have a license as a certified nursing assistant.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
