Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Conway Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images for transmission to PACS
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including scheduling patients and maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • CT Technologist certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
  • Registered in Radiology by the ARRT required
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous CT experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with imaging colleagues and physicians
