Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team at Bryten Real Estate Partners. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for leading the property team in daily operations, maintaining a positive and motivating presence, and ensuring the community is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the property team in daily operations, maintaining an engaging and motivating presence.
  • Establish and maintain maintenance and team schedules, holding each accountable for performance.
  • Effectively coach and develop team members to create an inclusive workplace.
  • Manage budget, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices, utilizing software to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review processed applications, background and credit checks, and ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including file audits and tax filing.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, applicants, and team members, taking a solution-driven approach to ensure goals and initiatives are met.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures for compliance documentation.
  • Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellence in time management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and support team members in daily procedures and processes.
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Property Management Software database experience preferred.
