Job Summary:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing project controls functions for large-scale transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project controls team and assignments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure accurate cost and schedule assessment.
  • Interface with project development processes to prepare contract time determination reports and perform constructability reviews.
  • Establish and manage document control, schedule management, and project management processes relative to assignments.
  • Manage TIFIA reporting, project reporting, and project finances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project controls, with a significant portion of that time spent on large-scale transportation projects.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems).
  • Experience with Change Order Processing.
  • Field experience on various types of transportation construction projects, such as roadways, bridges, rail systems, etc.
