Leadership Opportunity:

As a Patient Care Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, you will assume first-line leadership responsibility and accountability for managing the delivery of patient care in the Women's and Children Ambulatory Practices. This role requires a strong leader who can facilitate efficient and cost-effective daily operations, promote a culture of safety and quality, and ensure continuity and consistency in the implementation of established standards, protocols, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to establish unit goals and ensure alignment with the hospital's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor staff compliance with regulatory, hospital, and divisional requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Master's Degree in Nursing in a related field.
  • Current New York State RN license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification.
