Developmental Support Worker

The Faison Center is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. As a Developmental Support Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting students in achieving their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include providing direct support to students, teaching new skills, and facilitating participation in recreational and physical education activities. You will work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement individualized support plans, and communicate effectively with families and staff.
As a Developmental Support Worker, you will also be responsible for collecting data to measure student progress, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Faison Center offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
