About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Anywhere Real Estate. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify all necessary documents and paperwork to ensure accurate and timely closings.
  • Work closely with agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
  • Ensure that all escrow accounts are properly managed and that all funds are accurately disbursed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agents, buyers, and sellers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in escrow or a related field.
  • Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
  • Strong knowledge of the closing process and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
