Product Group Manager

At INX International Ink, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Group Manager to lead and execute the overall strategy and financial performance of a significant group of products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth objectives, working cross-functionally to affect change across all levels of Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Pricing, and Executive Functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the product offering for the market and shape demand towards products with high financial earnings
  • Develop effective price maintenance strategies to capture price realization and improve profitability
  • Secure market data, analyze, and maintain competitive analysis information and market intelligence files for the product line
  • Plan, organize, and control the introduction of new products
  • Work with Sales Managers and other personnel to develop sound relationships with customers and anticipate their product needs
  • Continuously review product line integrity and reliability
  • Work with Supply Chain to maintain a demand forecast on a monthly basis
  • Meet established finished goods turns
  • Manage a team of product managers to implement and maintain individual product lifecycle strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Chemistry, Sales, or Marketing; MBA preferred
  • 4-10 years' experience in product management
  • Experience in building a team and managing other Product Managers
  • Ability to create and present information to top management and/or Boards of Directors
  • Proficient with computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to travel up to 20%; international travel will be required but minimal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
