Job Title: Fraud Prevention Specialist II

Job Summary:

The Fraud Prevention Specialist II plays a critical role in protecting Stellantis Financial Services US from financial losses due to fraudulent activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to investigate, detect, and prevent fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fraud Detection: Conduct thorough investigations into potential fraudulent activities, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns indicative of fraud.
  • Customer Interviews: Complete customer phone interviews to clear credit bureau fraud alerts and verify applicant's identity when red flags exist.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and losses.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports documenting investigation findings and recommendations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of personal information for consumers, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in the auto finance industry as a fraud specialist or credit role.
  • Education: High school diploma and/or GED.
  • Skills: Experience working with fraud detection software, strong analytical skills, knowledge of industry best practices in fraud prevention, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
