This role involves being an individual contributor who executes operational tasks, generates intricate analyses and reports for executive leadership, spearheads end-user initiatives related to system enhancements, and serves as a subject matter expert in reporting for resolution planning and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts thorough operational and validation tasks related to the aggregation of data from various source systems, ensuring uniform reporting and data integrity.
  • Manages monthly processing and validation activities, guaranteeing consistent reporting and data quality.
  • Designs and evaluates complex data reports for use by resolution planning teams, senior executives, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proposes and supervises process enhancements.
  • Oversees operational activities tied to system enhancement initiatives.
  • Identifies business requirements, performs data analysis, conducts proof of concept and impact assessments, and ensures successful implementation of changes.

Develops a comprehensive understanding of data sourcing for resolution plans to effectively support and influence cross-functional teams and management.

Prepares analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications tailored for executive review.

Ensures adherence to relevant regulations and policies, managing and transparently reporting control issues.



Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a related technology role with subject matter expertise in the field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • 3+ years of program management experience, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to meet milestones.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven excellence in creating executive-level communications.
  • Financial analysis experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of working with large and complex datasets.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business matters to senior management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating plans into actionable steps.
  • Capability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.
  • A reliable team player with a positive outlook.
  • Experience with Rosetta is advantageous.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
