About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based autism treatment services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based ABA therapy techniques.
  • Supervise and Support Staff: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct Clinical Case Reviews: Participate in regular case reviews with other supervisors to ensure high-quality care and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead Treatment Philosophy Implementation: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent application of our treatment philosophy in the field.
  • Monitor Client Progress: Continuously assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop Progress Reports: Create detailed progress reports highlighting client achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop targeted interventions.
  • Provide Supervision and Education: Offer supervision, parent education, and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases' authorized treatment hours.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, or Related Field: Possess a master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, child development, or special education.
  • BCBA Certification or Equivalent: Hold BCBA certification or equivalent, such as a qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Experience Working with Autistic Individuals: Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals, developing behavior reduction goals, and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous Experience as a Behavior Technician: Previous experience as a behavior technician implementing ABA treatment plans.
