About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Test Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our Electric Vehicle Development and Design (EVDD) team, you will play a critical role in the development and validation of our electric vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive component-level test plans for high-voltage power electronics, including onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, high-voltage battery management systems, and charge controllers.
  • Design, troubleshoot, and maintain end-of-line (EOL) component-level testers to ensure efficient and accurate testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware validation and failure analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Support homologation test planning and execution to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
